Very disappointed. I called and left a message with my phone number, and filled out the form online. All of which was done DURING BUSINESS HOURS… but no one has gotten back to me. The fact that I stated in my voicemail that I am in pain (manageable but need an appointment asap) and they completely disregarded me is honestly frustrating. I mean not even a call or email to let me know you’re busy or don’t want to work with me? Super unprofessional. Considering the lack of communication and complete disregard for new patients, I will be taking my business somewhere where they’ll at least ANSWER THE PHONE. Hope they respond better to future new-patients.

Dr. Hugette Duteau if Dental Health Connections is an amazing biological dentist. She took care of my old mercury filled molars, infections and bone loss. It was a long process, but I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Duteau

Dr. Diteau has been absolutely wonderful with my son, and I can’t recommend her enough. After a very upsetting experience with a dentist when he was younger, he had developed a real fear of going back. From the moment he walked into the office, Dr. Diteau completely changed that for him. She has such a calm, gentle approach and took the time to make him feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. Her kindness and patience really put him at ease, and for the first time in a long time, he wasn’t anxious about being in the dental chair. Now he actually looks forward to going to the dentist and seeing his new “best friend,” Dr. Diteau, which says everything. Not only is she incredibly compassionate, but her work is also impeccable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make it a positive experience. We are so grateful to have found her. She has made a lasting difference for my son, and that means everything to us.

This is the best dentist I’ve been to. I avoided the dentist like the plague for over a decade because of a bad experience I had somewhere else but after becoming a Mom I put my health first. It’s unbelievable how one bad experience can affect your life. After coming here my view of dentistry has changed entirely. The dentist office alone relaxes you and she explains everything so thoroughly. I overthink chemicals and fluoride and she has all the information. I’ll never go anywhere else. I also love the office staff. They too have so much knowledge and I seriously will not go to anyone else.

I went for a second opinion. The 7 cavities that I was previously diagnosed with (from another dentist) turned out to be one, which needed filled, and two “areas” to keep an eye on. I went for the filling, my first and only. The entire experience was pleasant and professional. The Dr is very compassionate, professional and she explains everything. I also had a cleaning which was nice and left my teeth super clean. They recommend a toothpaste and rinse that I really like it. The gum sensitivity I had been experiencing is gone. Overall a great experience. Professional and kind staff. Dental care was gentle , swift and considerate. Pricing is average. Thank you to the entire staff and Dr. ❤️
